What is most needed to-day at the\u003cbr\u003ebeginning of the new movement are clear, concrete illustrations which\u003cbr\u003edemonstrate the possibilities of the new method. In the following\u003cbr\u003epages, accordingly, it will be my aim to analyze the results of\u003cbr\u003eexperiments which have actually been carried out, experiments\u003cbr\u003ebelonging to many different spheres of economic life. But these\u003cbr\u003edetached experiments ought always at least to point to a connected\u003cbr\u003ewhole; the single experiments will, therefore, always need a general\u003cbr\u003ediscussion of the principles as a background.
