He had said that he was hungry and wanted an egg, and he couldn't\u003cbr\u003ewait till dark to get it. So off he had started, for Unc' Billy Possum\u003cbr\u003eis very headstrong and obstinate.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eHe had reached the hen-house and slipped inside without being seen.\u003cbr\u003eThe nests were full of eggs, and soon Unc' Billy was enjoying his\u003cbr\u003efeast so that he forgot to keep watch. Suddenly the door opened, and\u003cbr\u003ein stepped Farmer Brown's boy to get some eggs for supper. There was\u003cbr\u003eno time to run.
