He is also an adjunct professor teaching Organizational Development and Theory in the MBA program at California Lutheran University.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eBefore he became a leader in business, he was a public educator for 5 years in secondary education where he taught English Literature. There he also served as Director of the Soccer Program and Varsity Head Coach. He founded the school’s first ever Surf Team and Surf Club where they competed successfully against other high school surf teams.
