The other thing was that all of the content was given in a very easy way to follow.  You just begin to read and can’t stop since everything fits so nicely together.  The techniques covered inside are simple and will help anyone struggling with their emotions. The price tag of 30$ was way too huge, for something like this.  I really think help should be given for free.
