Sundays, I start my week helping to teach the preschool Sunday school class; it is wonderful to watch them grow up while they are in our class. I sing in the church choir during the worship service. On Mondays, I work with the C D Ministry for the homebound; we copy the church services and deliver them to those who cannot come to church. Tuesdays, Momma and I purchase groceries for the church. Wednesdays, I am cooking the Fellowship Supper, we serve about 100 and I practice with the choir after we clean up the kitchen. Thursdays, I proofread booklets at Church Starts International. Fridays, I work on my book. Saturdays are my free day to do whatever I like. During the summer, I teach missions during Vacation Bible School and I am part of the kitchen staff of Katie’s Kids Kamp.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eI hope this helps people with bipolar disorder and their families as they deal with the ups and downs of this illness.
