Tyles is a prototype, a four mile by eight mile habitat for dedicated workers in a specialized industry; a facility that has been hardened against inordinate weather and even foreign attack.  Tyles is a technically advanced sub-surface facility that combines a small-town natural environment with that of the most elaborate and largest cruise ships of the last ten years.  A luxury liner accommodates up to 7,000 guests and the Tyles enclosure accommodates between 40,000 and 60,000 people dedicated to working in a given industry.  And what does this facility have to do with the Weather Wars?\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eIn 2010, during a celebration for completion of the Tyles enclosure, which was then capable of being populated by workers and support staff with their assorted families and pets, all the systems are shut down.
