Then with a mental “flick” she sent them crashing headfirst into the wall.  All collapsed bonelessly to the concrete floor. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eLady Lactose struck while she was distracted.  She sent a large steel rod flying at her from behind.  But Lone Star “felt” it coming and threw up a barrier of mental force.  It came to a sudden stop just two feet from her back. She was still inexperienced wielding Power, so couldn’t mount quick defenses.
