Sam, posing as a 'blond bombshell' lures Realtor George F.W.Winston away from the office. George Winston's Real Estate office has been managing the old house. Joel breaks in through the women's bathroom window. He is caught by Eleanor McVeigh, but manages to slip past her. She calls the RCMP and a car chase ensues.
