He's\u003cbr\u003equickly on Roxy's case about Rose living with them and not \"contributing\" in\u003cbr\u003eanyway, as well as missing Roxy and wanting her to bed down with him in the\u003cbr\u003einstant. Roxy resists his come on and reminds him that she's the only one\u003cbr\u003ebringing in money, that he needs to get a job and stop drinking. \"This\u003cbr\u003erelationship is nearing it's finish line,\" she threatens as Lyle tries to\u003cbr\u003ecop a smooch. \"Don't test me!\" she barks, and exits for another long shift\u003cbr\u003eat work.\u003cbr\u003eRose soon emerges from her room and she and Lyle begin their familiar banter\u003cbr\u003eas he drinks and she teeters in and out of lucidity, suffering as she does\u003cbr\u003efrom Alzheimers. Unbeknownst to them, they both need each other. Their neighbor, SUGI\u003cbr\u003eis insistent on getting Rose out of this bad environment. Sugi has committed his love for\u003cbr\u003eRose and wants to marry her, leaving Lyle alone. Rose reminds Lyle; “It can be very lonely\u003cbr\u003ewith one set of footsteps.”\u003cbr\u003eAfter Rose moves in with Sugi, a very drunk and lonely Lyle, plots a devious way to get\u003cbr\u003eRose back into his life. He quotes Rose. “It’s part of the master plan.” He also needs to\u003cbr\u003eregain Roxy’s trust, so she can also move back in.\u003cbr\u003eLyle and Rose must confront the thief; Alcohol and Alzheimer’s. One can have their life\u003cbr\u003eback. Lyle realizes that it takes a whole lot of courage to stop his drinking.
