If differences exist between the maneuver descriptions in the operator manuals and this publication, this publication is the governing authority for training and flight evaluation purposes. Using this ATM, commanders ensure that individual crewmember and aircrew proficiency is commensurate with their units’ mission and that aircrews routinely employ standard techniques and procedures.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eStandardization officers, evaluators and unit trainers (UTs) will use this manual and TC 3-04.11 as the primary tools to assist the commander in developing and implementing their ATP.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eCrewmembers will use this manual as a “how to” source for performing crewmember duties.
