During his tenure as Executive Director of the National Youth Service, this Statutory Body of the State experienced significant expansion resulting in the quadrupling of the number of participants enrolled. His leadership was also marked by the introduction of several initiatives targeting behavior modification in schools and social reconstruction through volunteerism. A significant thrust in public-private partnership marked his tenure and led a process of reaching more youth, particularly the vulnerable.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eA trained Theologian, Reverend Jones holds a Bachelor's degree from the Jamaica Theological Seminary and a Master's degree from Regent College, Vancouver, Canada.
