In addition to being a member of the Board of Directors, Leonard has conducted workshops on Financial Stewardship, leads the men's ministry, and serves as the ministry's financial administrator. Prior to joining Elim, Leonard served as an ordained Deacon and Elder at Miracle Tabernacle, under the leadership of the late Dr. Alphonzo Hardeman.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eLeonard is currently employed with Strong Point Research, a Division of Technical and Project Engineering (TAPE), as one of its managers. He was recently honored to be the recipient of the 2014 Leaders Portfolio Award as the National Rising Business Leader of the Year. He is blessed to be able to minister at work as one of the leaders of the Team Orlando Prayer Breakfast. Leonard is a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.
