The result is that any number of people at his old employer then get laud off or fired.\u003cbr\u003eThe relationship between Heather and Jason continues.\u003cbr\u003eJason then discovers that Heather is the granddaughter of a man called the General. The General wields enormous political power. Jason has an interview with the General. The interview goes very well.\u003cbr\u003eJason then realizes that, with the backing of the General, he can do very well.\u003cbr\u003eHeather realizes that Jason will do very well in business, but can he live in Heather's social world?\u003cbr\u003eThe interplay between Heather, Jason, the General and several very wealthy La Jolla people then becomes the focus of the story.\u003c\/p\u003e","brand":"R.
