He migrated to Australia with his brother Jimmie in 1968.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e He has served in The Royal Australian Navy, worked as a builder’s labourer in Adelaide, a vehicle rust-proofer on the Isle of Man, a Teacher’s Aide at Renmark, South Australia, a cellar-hand at a wine shop in Mayfair and a HiFi salesman in Adelaide. He has a Bachelor of Health Science from the University of Adelaide and a Bachelor of Medicine and a Bachelor of Surgery from the Flinders University of South Australia. He has been a medical practitioner since 1998. Poetry, music and photography have been his enduring interests. He currently is living in Adelaide, South Australia.
