His StartUp consulting practice is Venture Founders LLC, where his work concentrates on issues of business planning and development.\u003cbr\u003eWith a partner, he started, built and sold (for a symbolic £1 Sterling) his own business, and some others, as well as having tried and failed to start yet more.\u003cbr\u003eHe has also served on the Board of a regional venture capital company, on the boards of many non-profits and a $16 million food retailing cooperative.
