Fatal Pursuit

In this New Orleans-set low-budget direct-to-video crime thriller, a brilliant criminal (Malcolm McDowall) and his partner successfully steals $8 million in jewels, leaving a savvy private eye to team up with a beautiful British investigator (Shannon Whirry).
