Raffi in Concert

"Singer/songwriter/performer Raffi gets into the spirit of the music with Raffi: In Concert. Three of Raffi's concerts are presented on this disc, each in their original 1.33:1 full frame aspect ratio. The transfers for each of the concerts are of only mediocre quality -- while they include solid colors and black levels, overall they're just a few notches above a VHS version. The soundtrack is presented in Dolby Digital 2.0 Stereo in English and is, not surprisingly, flat and bland. This concert, aimed mostly at children and young ones, wasn't in much need of a radical 5.1 remix so the Dolby 2.0 mix works fine. Though the music is focused only in the front speakers, overall it's clear of any excessive hiss or distortion. No alternate subtitles or soundtracks have been included on this disc. Kids may be disappointed and adults happy to learn that not a single extra feature has been included on this disc -- and that's nothing to sing about."
