"This holiday-themed drama, based on O. Henry's classic short story The Gift of the Magi, has been given a fine presentation for its DVD release. The Gift of Love has been transferred to disc in its original full-frame aspect ratio of 1.33:1 and the audio has been mastered in Dolby Digital Mono. The dialogue is in English; no multiple-language options have been included, but the disc does include closed captions for the hearing impaired. Bonus materials include biographies of the cast members and author O. Henry, as well as the text of the original The Gift of the Magi."
