A detective (Jonathan LaPaglia) investigating the murder of his partner (Luke Hemsworth) stumbles onto footage captured by a pair of missing teens that raises questions about a hit-and-run case that resulted in the death of a sibling. Later, as the detective races to locate the teens, he is terrified to discover that he has been implicated in a series of murders.
