In the 2013 sequel, The Dead 2: India, Nicholas Burton (Joseph Millson), an engineer, must survive an insidious epidemic that threatens to kill his girlfriend, Ishani(Meenu Mishra), who is stranded near Mumbai and carrying their unborn child.
