Deep Jaws/The Dicktator [Special Edition]

"Something Weird Video continue to bring their estimable catalog of sexploitation films to DVD with this disc, featuring two flesh-friendly comedies from producer Manuel S. Conde and director Perry Dell. Both The Dicktator and Deep Jaws have been transferred to disc in their original full-frame aspect ratio of 1.33:1, and they look better on DVD than one might expect, with the source materials clean and well preserved, revealing rich colors and sharp details. The audio for both films is in mono (mastered in Dolby Digital Stereo with the same information on both tracks), and while the pictures don't sound as good as they look, it doesn't appear to be the fault of the transfers, which are clear and noise-free. Both movies are in English, with no subtitles or multiple language options. As a bonus, SWV have included trailers for both The Dicktator and Deep Jaws, as well as five other features produced by Conde, and the package is rounded out with a slide show of pressbook artwork from vintage exploitation pictures. While the two films included on this release practically scream ""matter of taste,"" Something Weird have treated them with tender loving care, and fans of sleaze cinema will not be let down"
