The Ultimate Degenerate/The Lusting Hours/In Hot Blood

"Fans of vintage sexploitation cinema that's high on kink and low on actual sex will get a solid dose of sordid thrills from this enjoyably grimy triple-feature DVD from Something Weird Video. All three features -- The Ultimate Degenerate, The Lusting Hours, and In Hot Blood -- have been transferred to disc in their original full-frame aspect ratio of 1.33:1. The prints for all three films are in less than pristine shape, though they're all at least watchable, and given how few prints were ever struck for these titles, the fact they've survived at all is remarkable in and of itself. The audio for all three features has been mastered in Dolby Digital Stereo in the original monophonic sound mixes; the dialogue for these films is in English, with no subtitles or multiple language options included. As a bonus, trailers for all three films are included (with the preview for The Ultimate Degenerate running close to ten minutes -- rather remarkable for a movie running 72 minutes), as well as a gallery of sexploitation stills and artwork from Something Weird's ""Sick Sex"" trading card set, accompanied by radio spots for other ""roughie""-oriented films. If this DVD isn't always pretty, neither are the films featured on it, but anyone with a taste for the bizarre will find it well worth a look."
