The Apology

Alison Locke directs the story of a recovering alcoholic bent on revenge after discovering the secret behind her daughter's disappearance. Darlene Hagen (Anna Gunn), who has never quite recovered from the disappearance of her daughter, is planning her Christmas celebration with her best friend. That is until her estranged brother-in-law Jack (Linus Roache) shows up unexpectedly. Between his arrival and a brutal snowstorm, she cancels the event. As the evening progresses, Jack reveals some knowledge about the disappearance, and Darlene finds herself caught between morals and revenge.
