Recently widowed Holly (Sienna Guillory) contends with her grief while struggling to provide for her teenage daughter, Betsey (Jessica Alexander). Yet when Betsey claims she has achieved enlightenment and forgoes attachment to her physical form, Holly grapples with her own faith and love for her child while acquiescing to her daughter's voluntary starvation.
