"David Lickley's IMAX film Bears takes a close look at nature in action. The disc offers a standard full-frame transfer that is acceptable, but certainly provides a different viewing experience than an IMAX theater. English soundtracks are rendered in DTS Surround and Dolby Digital Stereo. There are neither subtitles nor closed captions on this release. Supplemental materials include a handful of making-of featurettes that give the viewer additional nature footage as well as information on the technical aspects of making an IMAX film."
