We're in Friday the 13th and Halloween country when we careen down Highway 5. Once again, there's a serial slasher at large. And, once again, he (she?) wears a mask. The gimmick: the villain dons a Nixon mask whenever overcome by the urge to kill. Director Richard Casey also wrote this one...or, rather, he filled in the blanks.
