In this family oriented film, narrated by Orson Welles, a bunch of kids in a sleepy Southern town stumble onto international terrorist Ernest Borgnine's scheme to assassinate a foreign prime minister, but of course the authorities don't believe the story. The kids then decide to take matters into their own hands.
