Dance Core Cross Train includes three twenty minute workouts set to musical styles including jazz, latin, and hip hop. Hosted by fitness expert Patricia Moreno, the program offers a variety of dance moves intended to strengthen the body's core as well as provide a fun cardiovascular workout.
