A pair of criminals kidnap the 9-month old baby of a wealthy couple, hoping to claim a large ransom. The baby escapes, however, and soon begins crawling his way through Chicago. Now the kidnappers, the parents, and the police are all out to find the infant in this slapstick comedy.
