Accompanied by their cat Custard and dog Cupcake, the two sisters go on a journey in search of party supplies and end up in the land of Cookie Corners. Along the way, she meets girl pals Orange Blossom, Angel Cake, Huckleberry Pie, and Ginger Snap. In the second epsiode (""Spring for Strawberry Shortcake""), Strawberryland is plagued with cold, wind, and frost. Ms. Shortcake joins Orange Blossom and Ginger Snap to try and convince the spirit of spring that she is needed. In the third epsiode (""Strawberry Shortcake Get Well Adventure""), the whole gang gets together to help Honey Pie Pony recover from a hurt leg. In keeping with the sweet-smelling line of toys, the DVD edition of this title comes with strawberry-scented pink packaging. Special features include music videos.
