"Ray Romano stars in this political comedy set in the sleepy town of Mooseport, ME. When a former U.S. president (Gene Hackman) retires to Mooseport, he is persuaded to run for mayor of the quaint hamlet and finds himself competing against a local plumber (Romano). When the ex-commander in chief falls for the plumber's girlfriend (Maura Tierney), the race really heats up. Welcome to Mooseport is presented on this DVD in full-screen with Dolby Digital 5.1 Surround sounds. There are dubbed soundtracks in Spanish and French as well as subtitles in English and Spanish. Along with the film itself, the disc features several bonuses. There is an audio commentary track by director Donald Petrie as well as a collection of deleted scenes with optional commentary. Additionally, there is a blooper reel and two hidden Easter eggs. A widescreen version with the same features is also available."
