A spirited young girl named Kassie (Ariana Bagley) helps to stage a benefit Christmas concert for kids in need, and enlists the aid of her loyal canine sidekick - a rescued police dog named Scoot - in catching the two thieves who attempt to crash the event, and steal the cash.
