Five scientists working in an underground bunker become infected with a particularly vicious, mutated strain of the H1N1 virus, and attempt to fight their way to freedom over the course of 72 desperate hours. Meanwhile, as the scientists search frantically for any means of escape, a malevolent stranger with silver hair accepts the responsibility of ensuring that the virus remains contained at all costs.
