In this crime drama, a burglar finds that it isn't always easy to go straight, especially when the money is good and your friends are still in the business. Rudy Duncan (Ben Affleck) is an ex-con trying to stay out of trouble and build a decent life with his girlfriend Ashley (Charlize Theron). When Rudy hears from a former cellmate (Gary Sinise) who needs a favor, he finds himself in a scheme to rob a major casino over the Christmas holidays. Veteran suspense filmmaker John Frankenheimer directs, working from a screenplay by Ehren Kruger; Dennis Farina, James Frain, and Clarence Williams III highlight the supporting cast.
