Two Las Vegas police officers -- the inexperienced Waters (Elijah Wood) and a peculiar veteran named Stone (Nicolas Cage) -- discover a mysterious safe installed inside a grocery store while investigating a drug ring. The oddball duo hatch a scheme to steal its contents, but they quickly get in over their heads in this crime caper directed by Alex and Benjamin Brewer.
