The Lovers

The Pazzi conspirators plan to overthrow the Medicis by assassinating Lorenzo and Giuliano at Mass on Easter Sunday. Meanwhile, the Turk instructs da Vinci that he must headto Cape Verde on a ship that will leave at dawn on Easter and take him to the land containing the Book of Leaves. Lucrezia admits to Leonardo that she is the spy, but she still wants to save the Medicis from their fate at the hands of the Pazzi family. Leonardo sets out to save the Medicis from attack but when Lorenzo spots Lucrezia’s ring he realizes that his saviour has also stolen his lover.
