Norm (Andrew Toth) is a polar bear from the Arctic who is invited to New York City to receive the keys to the city. But when he is framed for a crime he didn't commit, he must win a winner-take-all hockey match to clear his name and save his arctic home from a sinister water company who is out to steal their ice.
