Fever Pitch

"Soccer and love meet in the romantic comedy Fever Pitch. Trimark has done a fine job of making sure the 1.85:1 anamorphic widescreen transfer is clean and free of most all defects and imperfections. Besides a small amount of edge enhancement, Fever Pitch sports solid black levels and detailed color schemes. The soundtrack is presented in Dolby Digital 5.1 Surround and Dolby Digital 2.0 Surround, both in English. The 5.1 mix on this disc utilizes a variety of Surround sounds, though they are usually limited to background music and a few scattered effects. The bulk of the soundtrack is free of excessive hiss or distortion. Also included on this DVD are English and Spanish subtitles. Unfortunately, the only extra feature for fans to watch is a full-frame theatrical trailer for the film."
