GWAR: Phallus in Wonderland

Although they call themselves a rock band, Gwar can be a little hard to define for those seeing them for the first time. More of a theatrical experience than a rock band, its members dress up in elaborate monster costumes, have "bloody" battles on stage that feature decapitation and dismemberment, throw up a lot, pull their own guts out -- in short, you're not likely to see a Gwar concert on The Family Channel. This film is more of a feature than a concert, although it does feature seven new songs. It also has fantasy segments, political commentary, and skits where a teenager kills his mother with a skateboard and a television evangelist is punished for raping young boys.
