Silent Rage [P&S]

"It was an experiment that perhaps should have never been attempted. Not what happens in the movie, but the movie itself. Perhaps it looked good on paper -- six time World Karate Champ and actor Chuck Norris is pitted against a crazed bio-engineered Frankenstein's monster. Martial arts and horror all in one action-packed movie. What could go wrong? Well, Columbia TriStar Home Entertainment's disc does look very nice. The film is presented in both letterboxed (1.85:1 enhanced) and pan-and-scan versions. Both prints look fine, although the letterboxed option is recommended. Some grain is evident in some scenes, but there's nothing too worrisome going on. The picture is sharp throughout. The disc also contains both English and French stereo tracks, multiple subtitle options, and bonus trailers for other two-fisted Columbia TriStar DVD releases."
