Spider-Man The New Animated Series: Exteme Threat

"Stan Lee's greatest character has been given yet another incarnation in a new digitally animated television series, and this DVD release features three episodes from the show. Spider-Man: The New Animated Series - Extreme Threat includes ""The Royal Scam,"" in which Spider-Man (voiced by Neil Patrick Harris) is tricked by Kingpin (voiced by Michael Clarke Duncan) into stealing a valuable computer chip, believing the crime lord is actually with the FBI; ""Heroes and Villains,"" where Spider-Man is faced with an ethical dilemma when he faces off against Turbo Jet (voiced by Harold Parino), a criminal who donates his ill-gotten gains to worthy causes; and ""Flash Memory,"" in which Spider-Man finds a pair of none-too-bright criminals suddenly pulling off brilliantly executed robberies as his alter-ego Peter Parker runs afoul of a scientist who has developed a treatment that boosts human intelligence. Spider-Man: The New Animated Series - Extreme Threat also features the voice talents of vocalist Lisa Loeb, who provides the voice of Mary Jane Watson."
