G?tz Friedrich staged this baroque, surrealistic and highly stylized production of Richard Wagner's opera +Tannh?user at the Bayreuther Festspiele in 1978. It stars Hans Sotin as Landgraf, Spas Wenkoff as Tannh?user, and Bernd Wenkl as Wolfram von Eschenbach.
