David McVicar's spectacular production for the Royal Opera House, Covent Garden, stars Angela Gheorghiu as the ultimately tragic Adriana, Jonas Kaufman as her lover Maurizio and Olga Borodina as the jealous Princess de Bouillon. Covent Garden forces are conducted by Sir Mark Elder.
