Kathleen Ferrier

Kathleen Ferrier, whose centenary falls in 2012, was a legendary English contralto who died tragically young of cancer in 1953. This DVD is a new film by Diana Perelsztejn, combining dramatic reconstruction of her life with previously unreleased recordings, mainly from US radio archives.
