"Kipper the puppy returns in this collection of six animated adventures based on the popular children's books by Mick Inkpen. Kipper: Puppy Love features the stories ""Nothing Ever Happens,"" in which the dog and his pals find a magic hat; ""Tiger's Torch,"" which follows the animals as they track down what they think is a monster; ""Pig's Shop,"" where Kipper and Tiger try to broker a deal with Pig for some of his candy; ""Cousins,"" concerning some guests who don't know when to do home; ""The Key,"" in which Kipper's new toy causes a rift between him and one of his pals; and ""The Missing Tape Mystery,"" where Tiger can't locate the gift he got Arnold for his birthday."
