"Originally produced for U.S. television and aired on ABC from May through September 1968, the detective drama Man in a Suitcase starred Richard Bradford as McGill, a former intelligence agent unceremoniously dismissed from his post and robbed of his reputation, thanks to (unfounded) accusations that he had treasonously failed to prevent a scientist from defecting to Russia. Episodes followed McGill as he combed the European underworld, searching for the individuals and clues to prove his own innocence. The complete program contained 30 hour-long episodes; this box set includes the first fifteen - among them, Sweet Sue, Essay in Evil, The Girl who Never Was and All That Glitters."
