Ratatoing

The animated children's program Ratatoing concerns Marcel Ratatoing, a colorful character who happens to not only be a rat, but one of the finest culinary artists in all of Rio de Janeiro. His advance preparation for dishes involves making perilous journeys into the heart of human restaurants, where he slyly pilfers the ingredients he needs with the help of two rodent companions.
