Arriba Las Mujeres

Mexican screen comic Pedro Infante, Sr. stars in Carlos Orellana's 1943 domestic farce Arriba Las Mujeres as Chuy, a fellow baffled and disgruntled when his fianc?e returns from a vacation spouting off progressive feminist ideals. Horrified, he makes a series of attempts to subjugate her by convincing her that a wife's two most important tasks are cooking and cleaning.
