"Circuit is a pop-music magazine in DVD form, and the debut issue suggests the editors intend to take full advantage of the flexibility of the format. The material for Circuit 1:1 has been given a full-frame transfer to disc, in the aspect ratio of 1.33:1, and the audio has been mastered in both Dolby Digital 5.1 and Dolby Digital Surround. In addition, several segments feature multiple angle options, as well as additional audio options, and a chapter of production notes has also been included."
