Beauty's Worth

Marion Davies stars as Prudence Cole, the orphaned quaker girl being raised by her two aunts in this routine drama. She falls for Henry Garrison (Halam Cooley) when he and his mother (Truly Shattuck) come to visit. When the indifferent and socially cynical artist Cheyne Roveil (Forrest Stanley) comes to town, Prudence initially rejects but soon falls in love with the traveling painter. Henry bows out gracefully and selects Amy Tillson (June Elvidge) to be his bride.
